Our Story
Some time ago, we recognized issues with Waterfall-based delivery. Projects frequently exceeded timelines and budgets, resulting in products that didn't fully meet needs.

Consider this scenario...

A Business Analyst creates a requirements document after consulting a senior stakeholder, often excluding the end user. The process moves on to the developer, who builds something without user involvement. The user tests a product they have no understanding of, and this cycle can last 9-18 months.
The Outcome...

Without a regular feedback loop, involving the wrong people in design discussions, the entire process dragged on for over a year until the user finally participated. It became an expensive and inefficient ordeal to respond to change, resulting in a project that overran, cost more, and ultimately delivered a mismatched solution.

Enter Scrum & Agile...

Scrum & Agile Frameworks revolutionise this. By fostering product-based teams that tackle problems in smaller, adaptable iterations, we ensure the flexibility to respond to change through frequent feedback loops. Changing direction in smaller cycles proves far more effective than the rigid shifts in Waterfall projects.

This is the essence of true Agile.
